TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 must be paid within 7 days of receiving booking confirmation. If a booking is accepted within 4 weeks of an event the full amount is payable upon the booking being accepted. Payment of balance must be paid no less then 2 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received, the booking will be classed as void and any monies paid will be non-refundable.

2. Cancellation or Variation by the Client
Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking (or part there of) must be made in writing by letter or e-mail to Chocolate Hog and is only effective if accepted in writing by Chocolate Hog. Any such notice will only be accepted by the party organiser.

3. Denial of Service
Chocolate Hog reserve the rights to refuse service to any person whose condition, in the opinion of Chocolate Hog or their staffs, interferes, or is likely to interfere with, the enjoyment of the service by other participants.

4. Failure of Equipment
In the unlikely event of equipment failure during an event Chocolate Hog will refund a proportion of the balance (not including the deposit) in relation to the amount of time left of the event.

5. Food Allergy
Chocolate Hog cannot guarantee that any foods used at their events have not been exposed to nuts.

6. Liability of Chocolate Hog
Chocolate Hog does not accept any liability for non-completion of any services, or any delays arising because of:
  • Strikes
  • Lock Outs
  • Adverse Weather Conditions
  • Fire
  • Riots
  • Or any other cause beyond our control
